Ryutaro Sato
Graduated from Kyoto University, Ryutaro joined Nomura advising Japanese tier-1 MNCs on outbound M&A opportunities, subsequently moving to Merrill Lynch (or BofA today) to further sharpen his M&A expertise. He transitioned into private equity career starting at CPP Investments, the world’s largest private equity investor, overseeing Direct Investment Program as well as Fund Investment Program across APAC regions. In 2023, he launched an independent advisory firm Aldexyn to support Japanese clients with M&A origination and execution, simultaneously looking to raise capital to provide capital solutions as well.
Yuta Yoshinami
Graduated from Keio University, Yuta joined Nomura covering Japanese tier-1 clients for M&A and fundraising activities. Subsequently, he assumed multiple management roles across Warehousing, Packaging, Real Estate, Bath industries by applying his expertises at Nomura to scale small-sized local businesses. Capitalizing on his extensive relationships forged within small-sized businesses, he originates domestic M&A or fundraising opportunities. He is a certified Real Estate Transaction Agent.
