Graduated from Kyoto University (Economics). Started his career at Nomura Securities (Investment Banking), focusing on cross-border M&A for general trading houses. Moved to Merrill Lynch Japan (now BofA Securities), advising listed companies on overseas M&A. Later joined CPP Investments (Canada Pension Plan Investment Board), the world's largest pension fund, as the sole Japanese PE professional, leading multi-billion yen buyout deals. Founded Aldexyn in 2024.

Graduated from Keio University (Economics). Joined Nomura Securities (Investment Banking), engaging in corporate coverage for heavy industries, M&A, and financing. Driven by a mission to scale SMEs, he later served as CEO/Director for multiple companies in warehousing, real estate, and hospitality, leading them from startup to expansion phases. At Aldexyn, he leverages his broad network to support domestic M&A sourcing and execution. Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent.
